Change Policy
To avoid additional fees, use the change request form below. Policy requires 4 days’ notice prior to your arrival date to receive a full refund minus the booking fee. If it’s 3 days or less, you will forfeit a fee equal to a one-night stay plus the booking fee. Please monitor weather conditions 4+ days before your arrival date as it does not waive the above policy. If you purchased the Weather Guarantee service during the booking process and are changing your reservation due to NOAA weather report, you must call 1 (424) 367-1964 or email support@sensibleweather.com. Campground does not communicate by email, text and does not have voicemail.

If you purchased the Weather Guarantee service during the booking process and are changing your reservation due to NOAA’s weather report, you must call 1 (424) 367-1964 or email support@sensibleweather.com. Campground can’t make changes if this service was purchased.
Need to Lock your campsite?
Utilize this form to lock your current campsite. Just include this request in the notes field. We will lock the campsite currently assigned and charge the credit card on-file, $15 plus tax. Just remember in the future to complete this process during the check-out process to secure the campsite you originally selected.
No Show
No show reservations will be charged for all missed days, date of notification, and the $5 booking fee. If you arrive after your check-in date, you still must follow our check-in policy of 1:00 PM on the day you arrive due to restricted lanes and traffic. No exceptions.
Long Term Stays
Changes for any reservation that is 28 days or longer requires 14 days’ notice prior to the arrival date to receive a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee. If cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival date, a $250.00 cancellation fee plus the booking fee will be deducted from your deposit. We do not pro-rate monthly reservations.
Form Not For Cancellations
This form is NOT for cancellations. To avoid additional fees, return to your original confirmation email, click the link, select the Cancellation option at the top, and follow the 2-step email process. Using this form to cancel will not waive our cancellation policy. All customers receive multiple emails regarding their reservation. At time of booking, 4 days before your arrival date and day of arrival. All these emails have your confirmation link.
