Tandem Campsites

Must book online. Enjoy good times with a buddy or if extra space desired, book a tandem site. Must park side by side as these are not pull-thru sites. Parking door to door is not an option. These tandem back-in sites include electricity (Site 1: 30 AMP and Site 2: 30/50 AMP), water and sewer per site. These sites are on dirt/gravel with picnic tables. No weekly rates. Monthly Campsites

$700-$1000 + elec.


Stay longer (3-month max stay) on preselected monthly RV only campsites! RV age limit is 12 years. $700 Winter sites (December-February), $800 Standard site (March-November), $1,000 Premium site (March-November). Appearance does not waive age policy. No pull-thru sites.   • RVs Only

    We allow self-contained Motorhomes (Class A & C), Vans (Class B), Travel Trailers, Truck Campers, and Fifth Wheels. Sorry, no tent or car/SUV camping, tiny homes, converted buses or cargo trailers, non-self contained standard vans, or rooftop tents. If you arrive with a non-authorized camping rig, your reservation will be cancelled without refund.

  • Need an RV?

  • Lock Fee Explained

    While we guarantee your chosen site type, our automated optimization system may change your site. Guarantee your site number by paying a $15 lock fee while booking. If you opt not to pay this lock fee, your campsite number will not appear on your reservation confirmation.

  • Availability

    Office and Online availability is the same. A few of our campsites can accommodate RVs up to 44ft. Most campsites accommodate RVs 36ft or below. No pull-thru campsites.   • Reservations Required

    New reservations must be booked online to avoid additional fees. Make sure your reservation covers your entire stay. We cannot guarantee availability beyond the dates you secure. Reviews Page

  • Full Payment Required

    Your payment signifies you agree to Campground Rules and Terms & Conditions. Avoid additional charges and miscommunication, and carefully read these rules. No weekly rates. No other discounts offered.

  • Booking 2025?

    Reservations for the 1st quarter (Jan - Mar) of 2025 open October 1, 2024, at 7:00 A.M. The remaining months (Apr-Dec) open January 1, 2025, at 7:00 A.M. Campground rates for 2025 will be released on October 1st.

  • 1 RV & 1 Vehicle Only

    Campsites allow 1 RV and 1 vehicle only. We have no extra overnight parking. No cargo, U-Haul trucks or storage trailers. You must disconnect your vehicle or tow vehicle. We have no pull-thru sites. Guest parking available for day use only. No overnight parking, unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owner’s expense.

  • Fees (non-refundable)

    All reservations are charged a non-refundable booking fee. If booking multiple campsites, this fee will be applied per campsite. Monthly applications are charged a $25.00 non-refundable fee.

  • No Discounts

    We are not affiliated with any discount programs. We offer no group discounts or weekly rates. No military discounts but we thank you for your service. We have no work camper/stay program.

  • RV Rental & Policy

    Need an RV? Be sure to book your reservation/campsite with us first, and make sure the campsite you select is big enough for the RV you wish to rent. If you utilize an RV rental service, you take full responsibility for property damage during 3rd party (RV owner) pickup & delivery. It’s required to be delivered after 1 P.M. & picked up by 11:30 A.M. If the RV is still present after check-out time & date, a full day, per day, will be charged to the guest until the RV is removed.   • Check-In after 1:00 P.M.

    Early check-in is not permitted. If you arrive after your arrival date, you still must follow our check-in policy. We have no overflow parking. Your personalized reservation packet with your last name will be posted outside. Must observe quiet time hours if arriving late. Directions Page

  • Check-Out by 11:30 A.M.

    Must observe quiet time hours. Late check-outs are not available. We require guests to adhere to this policy as it prevents traffic issues, and to prepare (clean) the campsite for our next guest. We have no check-out process, but we thank you for choosing Point of Rocks.

  • RV Age Policy

    Stays under 4 weeks DO NOT have an RV age restriction. All stays over 4 weeks require RV age of 12 years old or less. Appearance does not waive this policy.

  • Refunds

    Point of Rocks RV Campground does not issue refunds for early departure or late arrival, service disruptions, inclement weather, acts of nature, evictions or any other circumstances that are beyond our control. Request for special refunds or credits must be made in writing providing full proof of emergency circumstances claimed.

  • Cancel/Change Policy (process below)

    We require 4 days notice prior to your arrival date (cancellations) or the date you are modifying (change request) to receive a full refund minus the booking fee. This also applies to any changes made during your stay. If it’s 3 days or less, you will forfeit a fee equal to a one-night stay. If cancellation notice is given after the start of your reservation, in addition, you will forfeit every day missed until notice is received. Monitor weather conditions 4+ days before your arrival date, as it does not waive the above policy. Reservations for 28+ days require 14 days notice to avoid a $250 fee.

  • How to Cancel Reservation (online process)

    Policy shown above. Cancellations must be completed online using any of your confirmation emails from us; click the “Reservation Details” link and select the “Cancel Reservation” (3 dots or top right). You will receive TWO-TIME SENSITIVE EMAILS. FIRST EMAIL will confirm cancellation. SECOND EMAIL will verify refund and credit card information. You MUST COMPLETE this 2-STEP email process to successfully cancel your reservations.

  • How to Change Reservation (online form)

  • No Show Policy

    No show reservations will be charged for all missed days, date of notification and the $5 booking fee.

  • Moving Campsites?

    If you chose to move campsites to extend or make your reservation happen, you are required to move by 11:30 A.M. Please schedule your activities around this requirement.

  • Purchase Weather Guarantee?

    If you purchased the Weather Guarantee service and change your reservation, you must call (424) 367-1964 to adjust your coverage or get a refund. Weather Guarantee Website

  • No Wood Fires/BBQs

    Campsites do not have firepits or BBQ’s. No community BBQ. Wood fires & pellet smokers are not allowed. Propane firepits and self-contained charcoal or propane BBQ grills are allowed while always supervised.

  • Quiet Time / Lighting Hours

    Our quiet time, departure and neighbor courtesy hours are from 10 P.M. to 8 A.M. No bright outside lights (floodlight, front cap lights, etc.) left on that illuminate other campsites. Anyone reported or witnessed being loud or disruptive will be asked to leave without a refund and prevent any future stays. Policy strictly enforced.

  • Campsite Use & Items

    Only camping items allowed outside. We do not allow the following outside: Appliances, fences, storage containers, RV skirting, clotheslines, bird feeders, ramps / decks, sleeping tents, tool sheds, spa, play pool and tarps. Do not hang items from trees or disturb / paint rocks (this is considered defacing private property. Outdoor lighting should only illuminate your site and not disturb other guests. Violation of this policy will terminate your reservation without refund. Abandoned items are charged a $200 disposal fee.

  • NO EV Charging

    DO NOT connect electric cars to our pedestals. These pedestals were originally designed for non-continuous loads typical of today’s RV usage and cannot support EV charging. Plugging your EV into a traditional 30/50 AMP campground pedestal could permanently cause “extensive damage” to your vehicle as well as the campground’s electrical system. Even if a charging converter was provided by your auto manufacturer, it does not change the way electricity flows within the campground’s electrical infrastructure and must not be used to connect your EV to our pedestal. Violation of this policy will immediately cancel your reservation without refund and any incurred damage will be charged to the reservation guest.

  • Kids Supervision

    Parents must supervise kids for safety, noise level & policy adherence. Park guests and kids must stay out of occupied campsites. Please accompany kids while utilizing our laundry facility, store, picnic area and restrooms. We have a picnic area, which should not be utilized as a playground.

  • Wi-Fi Availability

    WIFI EXPECTATIONS: We supply complimentary Wi-Fi that is meant for checking web-based email and web surfing. It is not to be used for streaming movies, online gaming, home schooling or your work. If you need to rely on Wi-Fi for anything, please bring your own hotspot. Overuse of Wi-Fi can cause your device to be blocked and cause interruptions to others. We do not guarantee reception, which cannot be used as grounds for a cancellation, credit, or refund.

  • Electrical Use

    You are responsible for understanding how many AMPs you are using in your RV. AMP usage over the 30 or 50 AMPs provided can trip your breaker. If our breaker constantly trips, please stop use immediately and notify the office.

  • No Drone Use

    Commercial and recreational drone pilots are prohibited from flying their drones over other people, structures or vehicles. Please follow all FAA restrictions / laws as Point of Rocks RV Campground is less than 8 miles from an airport.

  • No Washing / Maintenance

    Washing RVs or vehicles is prohibited. Repair or maintenance to RVs and vehicles is not permitted. Visit our business page for local mobile RV techs/wash. Business Page

  • Pet Policy & Fee (2 max)

    A charge of $2 per pet is applied to the reservation. This is a one-time charge, not a daily charge. 2 pet maximum. We are a pet-friendly campground but have no dog park. Please follow these rules to ensure all guests have an enjoyable and safe stay. No Chow, Doberman, Rottweiler, or any “Pit Bull” type breeds, including American Staffordshire etc., nor exotic pets are allowed in the park. While outside, the pet must be on a maximum 6ft non-retractable leash and always under supervision. No fences. Barking must be controlled day and night. Immediately clean up after your pet, don’t leave waste on your site or on the trails. Do not utilize our laundry machines to wash pet items. Should a policy violation occur, you must immediately correct the violation, or make arrangements to house your pet outside the campground. Any aggression with physical contact from your pet against other pets, guests or campground officials will immediately be reported to Animal Control and cause termination of your reservation without refund and prevent future stays. No exceptions or tolerance to these policies.

  • Fireworks and Firearms

    All fireworks are strictly prohibited. All firearms must be kept in a case and can only be carried between your RV and vehicle. Firearms cannot be carried or used within the campground.

  • Mail

    As a courtesy, we do allow mail delivery for ACTIVE reservations. Campground has no responsibility for missing mail or lost packages. Immediate pickup is required due to limited space. Never make an address change with the Post Office.   • Laundry Room (8-4)

    As a courtesy to our guests, we offer a laundry facility. Last load in by 2:00 P.M. Laundry room closes promptly at 4:00 P.M. Best prices at $1 to wash & $1 to dry! We sell rolls ($10) of quarters only. Do not wash pet items, mats, or rugs. Stay with your laundry to ensure prompt movement, allowing others to use the machine. It’s a policy to only use 2 machines at one time. Dying of clothing is not permitted. Clean the machines after each use. Campground is not responsible for lost or damaged clothes.

  • Group Reservations

    Must be booked online by adding multiple campsites to your cart or having each individual book their own reservation. We suggest locking campsites to keep guests together. If a guest needs to know where other group members are located, they must obtain this information from the group leader. We offer no discounts for any size group reservation.
