Booking 2025?
Reservations for the 1st quarter (Jan - Mar) of 2025 open October 1st, at 7:00 A.M. The remaining months (Apr-Dec) open January 1, 2025 at 7:00 A.M. Rates for 2025 released on October 1st.
Only RVs
No tent or roof top tent camping. We allow “self-contained” Motorhomes, Buses, Vans, Travel Trailers, Truck Campers, and Fifth Wheels. No tent camping or car/SUV camping, tiny homes or cargo trailers, non-self contained standard vans, or rooftop tents.
Know your RV
Before booking, please ensure you know the correct length, number of slide outs and power usage (30 or 50 AMP) of your RV. It is your responsibility to book an appropriate campsite that can accommodate your RV needs or requirements. If you arrive and your RV doesn't fit the site or amperage needed, we may not have an alternative campsite available for you.
Next to Watson Lake
Take a 10-minute walk using our private trail through the Granite Dells to Watson Lake Park. Just another 5mins to the water’s edge. Many activities from fishing, hiking, biking, disc golf and watersports.
Close to Downtown!
Only 5 miles from Historic Downtown Prescott. Old buildings surround this lively historic plaza with grassy areas, statues & special events. Downtown Prescott has more to see than the Courthouse Plaza and Whiskey Row. There are many unique shops, museums, restaurants and more in the downtown area.
Campsite Use
No sheds, clotheslines, tarps, storage bins or portable pools. Any outdoor lighting should only illuminate your site, not disturb other guests. Yard sales & unauthorized soliciting or selling is not allowed. Don’t trim trees or hang bags, clotheslines, and hammocks on trees.
Pet Policy
We are a pet-friendly campground but have no dog park. 2 pet maximum. No Chow, Doberman, Rottweiler, or any “Pit Bull” type breeds, including American Staffordshire etc., no exotic pets are allowed. While outside, the pet must be on a maximum 6ft non-retractable leash and always under supervision. Barking must be controlled day and night. Immediately clean up after your pet. Follow these rules to ensure all guests have an enjoyable and safe stay. No exceptions or tolerance to these policies.
