Reservations must be booked online. Cozy full service back-in Standard campsites provide a peaceful nature retreat, centrally located with one side next to another RV. Specify your RV size only when booking. Each site allows one RV and one vehicle only; tow vehicles must be disconnected. No pull-thru sites. No wood fires. A 3-night minimum stay is required on major holidays, and weekly rates are not offered. Tent and rooftop tent camping are prohibited. We’re pleased to offer full service tandem campsites for families or friends to camp together. One person reserves the site, which includes utilities for both RVs. Both RVs must back in, so their doors will not face each other due to utility placement. Each RV must be under 34 feet in length. Only one RV and one vehicle are allowed per site, and tow vehicles must be disconnected. No wood fires. A 3-night minimum stay is required for all major holidays. Reservations must be made online using whole months to get the accurate pricing. For instance, check-in on the 3rd and check-out on the 3rd. If you find no availability, click the Request tab above and submit a waitlist. Monthly sites have a maximum RV size of 36 feet. Rates are determined by location, campsite size, requested amps, and the time of season. Winter promotional rates December - February of $600 on all monthly campsites. No tent or roof top tent camping. We allow “self-contained” Motorhomes, Buses, Vans, Travel Trailers, Truck Campers, & Fifth Wheels. No tent camping or car/SUV camping, tiny homes or cargo trailers or non-self contained standard vans. Park Rules (Q&A)
Check-In & Check-Out
CHECK-IN TIME after 1:00 P.M. Early check-ins are not permitted. We don’t have a waiting area. CHECK-OUT TIME is by 11:30 A.M. Violations of our check-in and check-out times will prevent any future stays at our park and additional fees. Directions Page
Booking 2026?
2025 Open! Reservations for the 1st quarter (Jan - Mar) of 2026 open October 1st, at 7:00 A.M. The remaining months (Apr-Dec) open January 1, 2026 at 7:00 A.M. Rates for 2026 released on October 1st.
Cancel/Change Policy
We require 4 days notice prior to your arrival date. If it’s 3 days or less, you will forfeit a one-night stay. If cancellation is given after the start date, in addition, you will forfeit every day missed until notice is received. Use your confirmation email to process a cancellation or use our Online Form.
