We are pleased to announce a special discount on our daily rates for the months of December through February. All campsites from Sunday through Thursday will be discounted to $40.00 per day. Seize this opportunity to enjoy these exceptionally low prices. When booking online, only provide the size of your recreational vehicle. Additionally, only one vehicle is permitted per campsite. Unfortunately, no pull-thru sites, weekly rates, tent or rooftop tent camping.
We are pleased to present our exceptional full-service back-in Premium campsites. Premium sites are typically located along the park’s perimeter or are larger than standard sites. Please only enter the size of your RV when making a reservation, as only one RV and one vehicle are permitted per site. Online reservations are required, and pull-thru sites are not available. Weekly rates are not offered, and tent or rooftop tent camping is not permitted.
Cozy back-in Standard campsites provide a serene connection with nature. Standard campsites are situated centrally on the island, with one side adjacent to another recreational vehicle (RV). Please provide the size of your RV when making a reservation. Only one RV and one vehicle are permitted per campsite. Online reservations are required. Pull-through sites are not available. Weekly rates are not applicable. Tent and rooftop tent camping are not permitted.
Stay up to 3 months on preselected monthly sites. $700 Standard sites, $900 Premium sites. Winter promotion (Dec-Feb) $550. Electric not included. Book online using whole months (e.g. check-in 3rd, check-out 3rd) or TEXT only (928) 899-4080 (9am-4pm). RVs older than 12 years must submit photos "after" the reservation is booked. RV must be in "like new condition" with no visible damage. Full refund if photos not approved.
RVs Only
No tent or roof top tent camping. We allow “self-contained” Motorhomes, Buses, Vans, Travel Trailers, Truck Campers, & Fifth Wheels. No tent camping or car/SUV camping, tiny homes or cargo trailers or non-self contained standard vans.

Check-in time is after 1:00 P.M. Early check-in is NOT permitted. We do not have a waiting area or overflow parking. Violation of our check-in time will prevent further stays. Directions Page
Booking 2025?
Reservations for the 1st quarter (Jan - Mar) of 2025 open October 1st, at 7:00 A.M. The remaining months (Apr-Dec) open January 1, 2025 at 7:00 A.M. Rates for 2025 released on October 1st.
Cancel/Change Policy
We require 4 days notice prior to your arrival date. If it’s 3 days or less, you will forfeit a one-night stay. If cancellation is given after the start date, in addition, you will forfeit every day missed until notice is received. Use your confirmation email to process a cancellation or our online form for changes.
