A Legendary MTB Challenge
The Whiskey Off-Road, now celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2025, is more than just a race—it’s a festival of endurance, adventure, and community. Scheduled for April 25-27, the event starts in the heart of historic Whiskey Row and takes riders through the stunning landscapes of the Prescott National Forest.
Riders can choose from three course options, each offering a mix of singletrack, double track, gravel, and paved sections:

15 Proof Fun Ride – A great introduction to mountain biking, covering 19.6 miles with 1,980 feet of elevation gain.

25 Proof Course – A step up in challenge, this route spans 25.8 miles and climbs 2,814 feet.

50 Proof Course – The ultimate test, pushing riders through 50 miles with a brutal 6,523 feet of climbing.
Throughout the race, well-stocked aid stations provide hydration and nutrition to keep riders fueled. After crossing the finish line, participants can enjoy live music, a beer garden featuring local craft brews, and exciting pro races—where elite riders compete for a $30,000 prize purse split equally between men and women.
