Application Use
Utilize this application to provide details regarding each guest. Include Contact information, RV type (motorhome, travel trailer, fifth wheel or truck camper), RV Size, AMPs required, and Campsite number if requesting ($15 lock fee applied). If arrival and departure dates are different than the group, please include this information on the guest’s profile. If you have more guests than the application provides, just open a new application to submit the remaining guests. Campground Amenities
Group Reservation
Group Leader is responsible for assigning their group to available sites. Group Leader must complete this form with guest information for liability reasons. Please indicate how payment will be applied. One payment method by the group leader, or we can send an email to each guest requesting payment. Campsite Photos
No Discounts Offered
Sorry, we are not affiliated with any discount programs. We offer no group discounts or weekly rates. No military discounts but we thank you for your service. We have no work camper/stay program.
Booking Fees (non-refundable)
All reservations are charged a booking fee. If booking multiple campsites, this fee will be applied per campsite.
Only RVs Allowed
No tents, rooftop or truck bed tents, tiny homes, converted buses, cars, vans or cargo trailers. RV’s must be registered as a recreational vehicle with DMV, self-contained with bath & kitchen. We allow Motorhomes (Class A & C), Vans (Class B), Travel Trailers, Truck Campers (eg: Lance / Eagle) and Fifth Wheels.
Check-In after 1:00 PM (enforced)
Due to traffic/lane restrictions, maintenance requirements and that day’s check-outs, our check-in time is after 1:00 PM. Early check-in is not permitted. If you will be arriving in the area early, please make other arrangements until 1:00 PM. If you arrive after your arrival date, you still must follow our check-in policy of 1:00 PM on the day you arrive. Reserving or purchasing the day before or coming in after your arrival date doesn’t excuse our 1:00 PM check-in policy. We do not have a waiting area or overflow parking. A personalized reservation packet with your last name will be posted outside. Violation will cause us to turn you away until check-in time and/or prevent further stays.
Check-Out Time
Check-out time is by 11:30 AM. Late check-outs are not allowed. Guests leaving after check-out time will be charged a $30 fee per hour after 11:30 AM (AZ time) and could prevent future stays. We require guests to adhere to this policy as it prevents traffic issues due to our one lane roads, and to prepare (clean) the campsite for our next guest.
Quiet Time Policy
Quiet time is 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Keep noise level low and within your campsite outside of quiet time hours. Anyone reported or witnessed being loud will be warned only once and then asked to leave without a refund.
Pet Policy (2 Max)
Restricted breeds are: No Chow, Doberman, Rottweiler, or any “Pit Bull” type breeds, including American Staffordshire Etc. are allowed in the park. No exotic pets (dogs & cats only). 2 pet maximum, no exceptions. Maximum 6ft non-retractable leash and always under supervision. Pets must never be left outside unattended. Barking must be controlled day and night.
No Wood Fires
Wood fires and pellet smokers are not allowed. Propane firepits and self-contained charcoal or propane BBQ grills are allowed. All open fires must always be supervised.
Campsite Use
No sheds, clotheslines, tarps, storage bins or portable pools. Any outdoor lighting should only illuminate your site, not disturb other guests. Yard sales & unauthorized soliciting or selling is not allowed. Don’t trim trees or hang bags, clotheslines, and hammocks on trees.
1 RV and 1 Vehicle Only
Campsites are allowed 1 RV and 1 vehicle only. No cargo or storage trailers. Our campsites are not longer than the size of your RV, therefore, you must disconnect your vehicle or tow vehicle. We have no pull-thru sites. Guests are allowed to use guest parking during the day. No overnight parking.
Unauthorized RV/Vehicle
We are a very busy park. To avoid interruption to other authorized reservations, security is prompt in responding to unknown RVs or vehicles. If we can’t locate the owner, we will boot and tow the RV or vehicle at the owner’s expense. Be sure you park in your authorized/assigned campsite only.
Cancellation Policy (14 days)
Group cancellations (5+ campsites) must be completed online. Open any of the confirmation emails from us; click the “Reservation Details” link and select the “Cancel Reservation” (3 dots, top right). YOU WILL THEN RECEIVE TWO-TIME-SENSITIVE EMAILS. FIRST EMAIL will confirm cancellation. SECOND EMAIL will verify refund and credit card information. YOU MUST complete this 2-STEP email process to successfully cancel your reservations. Also feel free to contact us at (928) 445-9018. POLICY: We require 14 days’ notice prior to your arrival date to receive a full refund minus the booking fee. If it’s 13 days’ or less, you will forfeit a fee equal to a one-night stay plus the booking fee.
