  • COVID RESTRICTIONS

    We have a “No Contact Check-In Process” for everyone’s safety. Office will remain Closed to the public, staff will be available from 8am-5pm (AZ time) via telephone call only. This is keeping everyone safe so we can keep our Campground Open. Your personal reservation packet will be posted outside at 1PM (check-in time) with site directions and detailed information.

  • Select Check-In & Check-Out

    Calendar: Click on your “Check-In ” then Click “Check-Out” dates. If our calendar shows full, we have no campsites available and you will be placed on a waitlist IF you requested. Please ensure your reservation covers your entire stay, site may not be available for extra days.

  • Availability Status

    Our calendar shows availability, but this can be influenced based on the size of your RV. So, if you receive an email stating your request was declined, it was based on the size of the campsite required and whether you chose the option to move sites to make the request happen.

  • Our Response Time

    DO NOT call after submitting this request. Please allow 24hrs to pass before calling. Also check your SPAM folder for our response. If we are successful on booking your request, we will respond via a telephone call within 24 hours. You must respond within 24 hours OR the timeframe provided on your voicemail to avoid this request from being automatically cancelled.

  • Reservations Required

    Reservations are required. If requesting more than one site, you must submit separate reservation requests. Campsites are assigned by office staff. All sites have full hookups, and we do not have dry camping sites. A reservation for 1 night maybe changed at our discretion. Minimum 3-night stay required on all major holidays. We do not move other reservations to accommodate your stay or prevent moves.

  • Payment

    Full payment is taken at time of booking. If booking separate/multiple reservations, all reservations must be paid at time of booking. We offer no discounts. We only accept Visa, MasterCard or Discover. No cash transactions.

  • No Tent Camping

    No Tents, Rooftop Tents, Tiny Homes or Vehicle Camping allowed. Strictly enforced and monitored by security.

  • Check-In After 1PM

    DO NOT arrive early. No extra parking is available, so you will be asked to leave and return at 1:00 PM. It is not easy for large RV’s to turn around in our campground, plus it is a one lane road to the upper campground.

  • Check-Out By 11:30AM

    Must be prompt. Our 11:30 AM check-out is strictly enforced, and violation of policy can prevent future stays. Since the office is closed to the public, we have no check-out process, just wave as you leave.

  • No Wood Fires

    NO wood fires ever. Propane Fire-pits are allowed. Guests who violate this policy will be asked to leave without a refund. Strictly enforced and monitored by security.

  • Visitor Parking

    No overflow parking available for guests. Registered guests are not allowed to utilize visitor parking to accommodate an extra vehicle. Visitor parking available for day use only. No overnight parking. Any visitor who wishes to utilize this parking must register by phone with the office. DO NOT park on empty campsites or along the road. People who violate this policy can risk their vehicle being towed at the owner’s expense and asked to leave without a refund.

  • Cancel or Change Policy

    All cancellations or changes require a full 72-hour notice prior to your arrival date. If you cancel or change your reservation less than 72 hours, you forfeit first day’s payment. For all stays 30 days or more, we require a 14-day notice to avoid a $250. charge. Utilize our 24/7 Cancellation Form or Change My Reservation Form; Online Forms

  • RV Age Restriction

    RV’s older than 12 years can stay up to 2 weeks (14 days) at the daily rate only.

  • Campsite Use

    Only 1 RV & 1 Vehicle allowed on campsite. Minimal “camping” furniture is allowed outside your RV. Satellite reception is not a guarantee. If satellite is important, please advise at time of booking. Campsite must be kept organized, free of trash, no dog waste, no skirting or storage under RV.

  • Pet Policy

    No more than two (2) dogs allowed. No exotic pets (cats and dogs only).  Pick up after your pet immediately. Do not allow your dog to dig holes in the park. Dog is not allowed to roam loose, even in your site. Policy monitored closely. Violators will be asked to leave. No Chow, Doberman, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Bull Terrier or Pit Bull breeds. Strictly enforced and monitored by security.

  • 2022 (Next Year) Reservations

    On October 1, 2021 (12 AM AZ Time), we take reservations January 2022 thru March 2022. On January 2, 2022 (5 PM AZ Time), we take reservations April thru December 2022.
