Don't Call
Please do not call, as agents will refer you back to our website. This page shows our availability, required form to complete and restrictions. We are primarily a daily rate campground with a few monthly sites. This is our only availability. Maximum stay at Point of Rocks is 6 months.
Carefully Read
Carefully read and understand these two requirements. 1. Your RV size MUST BE below the RV Max stated for the campsite your selected. 2. Your Arrive and Departure dates MUST BE within the “availability” stated for the campsite you selected. Failure to ensure these two steps will cause your request to automatically be declined. Please understand, these are the ONLY monthly campsites available. Our list is updated every Sunday afternoon, check back for any changes to our availability.
Monthly Rate
Rate is $800/month, $5 booking fee per campsite and used electric. Full payment is due at time of reservation. No monthly prorations, even if you arrive late or leave early. Make reservation even months.
Our Response
If your application is approved, an email from our Online Booking software will send you instructions to process your payment to secure the request.
RV Age
The maximum RV age is 12 years old or less. RV DMV registration is required to verify RV age. Appearance does not waive this policy. All RVs must be in very good condition. (Subject to visual inspection of external appearance).
Only RVs Allowed
Only RVs allowed. RV must be classified as a recreational vehicle. No tent camping, tiny homes, converted school buses, cars, or vans.
Cancellations (process online)
Open your confirmation email, click the link, select the Cancellation option, and follow the 2-step email process. Cancellation and/or change of any reservation that is 28 days or longer requires 14 days' notice prior to the arrival date to receive a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee. If cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival date, a $250.00 cancellation fee plus the booking fee will be deducted from your deposit. We do not pro-rate monthly reservations.
Change Request
Changes can be submitted online without calling the campground through “Requests” tab. Change requests must be submitted more than 14 days prior to arrival date. Changes submitted less than 14 days prior to arrival date, a $40.00 administrative fee will be charged. Understand we cannot guarantee a campsite will be available when requesting a change.
