Rides Schedule

**** Any shuttle ride that says DEMO Bikes will take you to Thumb Butte.  This shuttle however is not just for demo’s if you have your own bike you are more than welcome to get on the shuttle.

Friday Night, October 13th

6:00 p.m. – 396 to 330- Meet at White Spar Campground and enjoy this awesome loop.  This is considered an intermediate trail… there is some climbing and some technical but nothing super difficult. All skill levels are welcome and depending on the group we will break into groups for a no drop ride. Make sure your light is charged and ready to go!

8:00k p.m. (?) – After the ride there will be an after-party gathering at LOCATION TBD. Stop by after the ride and get your eat and drink on.

Saturday, October 14th

**** Shuttle service available for $5.00, check schedule below to see where the shuttle service will take you. All trails in Prescott lead back into town.  Please make sure you know how to get back to the Park.  We have a greenways system that can be utilized in most cases. Please ask someone at the PMBA tent for trail suggestions and route back.

7:00 a.m. – Demo Bike Trucks set up and you can start picking the bike you would like to take out at 9:00 a.m. Check out the demo bike brands here.

7:30 a.m. – Epic Ride — Meeting at Granite Creek Park. This will be an adventure ride of about 35 miles and about 3700 feet of climbing. Expect this ride to take about 5 hours. Please come prepared for this type of ride, bring plenty of food and water for your needs. The ride will end back at the park for a really nice loop. This is a group ride with very few bail out places. This is not a no drop ride.

9:00 a.m. – Shuttle – To Sierra Prietta –   NO DEMO bikes on this shuttle – You have the option to get dropped off at Aspen Creek Trail 48 – From there you can either head over to Wolverton and 396 or you can head back towards Thumb Butte.  Or you can be dropped off at the top of the overlook and from there you have a ton of options.

10:00 a.m. – Group Ride – Sundog – Meeting at the Peavine trail head ($3.00 fee for parking) This is an out and back, you can go all the way to the “P” if you want or turn around when you are ready.

10:00 a.m. – Group Ride – 396 or Wolverton – Meet at the WhiteSpar Campground and you can decide which way you want to go.

10:30 a.m. – Shuttle Ride – DEMO BIKES  – Drop off at Thumb Butte at White Rock from there you have several options depending on how you want to test your bike.  This is open to anyone with their own bikes too.

10:30 a.m. – Shuttle Ride – No DEMO bikes – Ranch trail  – Get dropped off at the New Ranch Trail off of Senator Hwy. From here you have the option of going down 396, 330 or Feldmeir or you can go up Ranch as and out and back or do a loop through the neighborhood or go all the way to “P” mountain.

11:00 a.m. – Group ride – White Rock – The leader can decide to go into EP or take you all over Thumb Butte.

11:00 a.m. – Groupe Ride – Granite Basin – Park at Cayuse ($5.00 parking fee) –

12:00 Noon – Shuttle – No DEMO bikes -Apsen Creek Trail Head – From here you can either head over to Thumb Butte, Up to the Lookout or over to Wolverton and 396.

12:00 Noon – Shuttle ride – DEMO Bike – White Rock

12:30 p.m. – Group Ride – Constellation – Highly Technical trail. beginners are strongly cautioned against this one.  Bring pads if you have them.  Meet at Phippen on the 89.

1:30 p.m. – Shuttle – DEMO Bike – White Rock – Last DEMO shuttle of the day 


9:00 a.m. – Demo Bike Trucks set up and you can start picking the bike you would like to take out at 10:30 a.m. Check out the demo bike brands here.

11:00 a.m. – Food trucks and beer Gardens are open up.

1:00 p.m. – Live band starts playing

1:00 – 3:00 p.m. – Bike Swap Meet – Bring your own stuff that is bike related only, you set up, you sell, you pack up.   You can not set your space up before 1pm.  The space is free.

2:00 p.m. – Kids ride meeting at the pump track

3:00 p.m. – Over the Hill Gang recognition – PMBA will be recognizing the Gang for all of their hard work and time they put into building and maintaining our trails.

3:15 p.m. –  First raffle drawing starts – make sure you have your tickets in the bucket – you must be present to win

4:00 p.m. – Bike games start:

  • Track Stand – how good is your balance?  Last year the winner went for over a minute and had one hand off the bike!!
  • Bunny Hop – you think you have skills?  Our highest jumper was 23″  can you beat that?

 5:30 p.m. – Bike Toss – think you have what it takes to toss a kids bike?

 8:00 p.m. – Party ends
