Premium type represents a campsite that might be along the perimeter of the park (against the Dells or with city view), OR it's an oversized large site with 50AMP service. Standard Campsites

Must book Online. Click above. RVs ONLY. No weekly rates. Cozy back-in Standard RV sites will connect you with nature. Standard type represents a campsite in the center island backed up to another RV or just 30AMP service. These sites include electricity (20/30AMP), water & sewer on dirt pads, complimentary Wi-Fi and a picnic table. Only provide RV size when booking. Campsites can also accommodate 1 vehicle. Tandem Campsite

Tandem Campsites

$80.00 + tax

Must book Online. Click above. RVs ONLY. Enjoy good times with a buddy or desire extra space, book the site for yourself. No weekly rates. Our Premium Back-In Tandem site includes electricity (30 AMP - site 1 and 30/50 AMP - site 2), water and sewer per site. These sites are on dirt/gravel with picnic tables. Both RVs must be 34ft or less.

Monthly Campsites

$700-$1000 + elec.

Must book Online. Click above. RVs ONLY. Stay a little longer on our preselected monthly sites! IMPORTANT: Must book whole months to get monthly rate. (e.g. 1st to 1st).  Sites have electric, water & sewer. 3-month maximum stay. Booking software will provide utilities available per campsite. RV age limit is 12 years or less. $700 (Seasonal: Nov-Feb) $800 - $1000 (Standard or Premium:  Mar-Oct).

  • Availability

    Office and Online availability are the same. Our campground has a few campsites that can accommodate RVs up to 44ft only. Most of our campsites accommodate RVs 36ft or below. We suggest booking 3 months in advance. We have no waitlist capability, so keep checking online for availability.   • RV Types Allowed

    Motorhomes (Class A, B, C), Travel Trailers, Truck Campers, and Fifth Wheels. Sorry, no tent or car camping, tiny homes, buses, converted vans, cargo trailers, or rooftop tents. Strictly enforced.

  • Reservations Required

    We allow classified RVs ONLY. Be sure you have a reservation before you arrive. Make sure your reservation covers your entire stay. We cannot guarantee availability beyond the dates you secured. All major holidays require a 3-night minimum stay. Only provide RV size when booking. All sites can accommodate 1 vehicle. Sorry, we do not accept tiny homes, converted buses, rooftop tents or cargo trailers. Campground Video

  • Full Payment Required

    Your payment signifies you agree to Campground Rules and Terms & Conditions. Avoid additional charges and miscommunication, and carefully read these rules. No weekly rates. We require daily reservations be paid in full at the time of reservation. We accept all major credit cards.

  • Check-In after 1:00 PM (enforced)

    Due to traffic/lane restrictions, maintenance requirements and that day’s check-outs, our check-in time is after 1:00 PM. Early check-in is not permitted. If you will be arriving in the area early, please make other arrangements until 1:00 PM. If you arrive after your arrival date, you still must follow our check-in policy of 1:00 PM on the day you arrive. Reserving or purchasing the day before or coming in after your arrival date doesn’t excuse our 1:00 PM check-in policy. We do not have a waiting area or overflow parking.   • Check-Out by 11:30 AM

    The check-out time is 11:30 AM. Late check-outs ARE NOT available. We require guests to adhere to this policy as it prevents traffic issues due to our one lane roads, and to prepare (clean) the campsite for our next guest.   • Lock Fee Explained

    While we guarantee your chosen site type, our automated optimization system may change your site. Guarantee your chosen site by paying a $15 lock fee during booking.

  • Booking 2024?

    We open reservations for the 1st quarter of 2024 (Jan. – Mar. 2024) on September 30, 2023 at 10:00 PM. The remaining months (Apr. – Dec. 2024) open online on December 31, 2023 at 10:00 PM. Office closed on January 1st, so book online.

  • No Discounts Offered

    Sorry, we are not affiliated with any discount programs. We offer no group discounts or weekly rates. No military discounts but we thank you for your service. We have no work camper/stay program.

  • RV Age Policy

    Stays under 2 weeks DO NOT have an RV age restriction. All stays over 2 weeks require RV age of 12 years old or less. Appearance does not waive this policy. All RVs must be in very good condition. (subject to outside visual inspection).

  • Purchase Weather Guarantee?

    If you purchased the Weather Guarantee service during the booking process and are changing your reservation due to NOAA’s weather report, you must call (424) 367-1964 or email support@sensibleweather.com. Campground can’t make changes or cancel a reservation that includes this insurance policy. Weather Guarantee Website

  • Booking Fees (non-refundable)

    All reservations are charged a booking fee. If booking multiple campsites, this fee will be applied per campsite.

  • Moving Campsites?

    If you chose to move campsites to extend or make your reservation happen, you are required to move by 11:30 AM. Please schedule your activities around this requirement.

  • No Painting of Rocks!

    Please DO NOT paint rocks within our campground. This is private property. This is considered damage / defacing of our campground. Violation of this policy will terminate your reservation immediately. Thank you.

  • 1 RV and 1 Vehicle Only

    Campsites are allowed 1 RV and 1 vehicle only. No cargo or storage trailers. Our campsites are not longer than the size of your RV, therefore, you must disconnect your vehicle or tow vehicle. We have no pull-thru sites. Guests are allowed to use guest parking during the day. No overnight parking.

  • Cancel Reservation (online process)

    Cancellations must be completed online to avoid additional fees. Open any of the confirmation emails from us; click the “Reservation Details” link and select the “Cancel Reservation” (3 dots, top right). YOU WILL THEN RECEIVE TWO-TIME-SENSITIVE EMAILS. FIRST EMAIL will confirm cancellation. SECOND EMAIL will verify refund and credit card information. YOU MUST complete this 2-STEP email process to successfully cancel your reservations. POLICY: We require 4 days’ notice prior to your arrival date to receive a full refund minus the booking fee. If it’s 3 days’ or less, you will forfeit a fee equal to a one-night stay plus the booking fee. Monthly and Group reservations (5+ campsites) require 15 days' notice. Please monitor weather conditions, as it does not waive the above policy. If you purchased the Weather Guarantee, see policy above. Campground does not communicate by email or text and does not have voicemail.

  • Change Reservation (online process)

    Change Requests must be completed online (subtract or add days) using the link below, and to avoid additional fees. POLICY: To avoid additional fees, use the change request from below. Policy requires 4 days’ notice prior to your arrival date to receive a full refund minus the booking fee. If it’s 3 days’ or less, you will forfeit a fee equal to a one-night stay, or days missed until this form is received, and your booking fee.   • No Show Policy

    No show reservations will be charged for all missed days, date of notification and the $5 booking fee. If you arrive after your check-in date, you still must follow our check-in policy of 1:00 PM on the day you arrive. No exceptions.

  • Mail/Package

    Yes, as a courtesy we do allow mail delivery. Below is an example of how to address your mail or packages. Campsite number MUST be included. Campground has no responsibility for missing or lost mail or packages. Immediate pickup is required due to limited space. Registered mail requiring signature is not allowed. Never make an address change to our business with the Post Office. Items delivered with no reservation or campsite number will be refused.   • RV Rental Reservations

    Customers who utilize an RV rental service take full responsibility for property damage during 3rd party (RV owner) pickup and delivery. Customers are required to ensure delivery is after 1:00 PM and pickup by 11:30 AM (AZ time). Guests and renters are required to see staff when checking in. Guests must include the renter’s name and phone number on their reservation via notes. Outdoorsy RV Rental Service

  • No Wood Fires

    Wood fires and pellet smokers are not allowed. Propane firepits and self-contained charcoal or propane BBQ grills are allowed. All open fires must always be supervised.

  • Quiet Time Policy

    Quiet time is 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Strictly enforced. It's always required to keep noise level low (music or TV) and within your own campsite. Surrounding neighbors shouldn't be subjected to loud music during any part of the day. Anyone reported or witnessed being loud or disruptive will be warned only once and then asked to leave without a refund and prevent any future stay.

  • No Smoking

    Smoking is prohibited in the office, patios, and bathroom buildings. When you smoke outside, anywhere on the property, please dispose of your leavings in a proper manner – NOT ON THE GROUND.

  • Campsite Use & Items

    No sheds, clotheslines, tarps, gates, storage bins or portable pools. Any outdoor lighting should only illuminate your site, and not disturb other guests. Yard sales and unauthorized soliciting or selling are not allowed. Abandoned items will be charged $100-$200 for disposal. Do not trim trees or hang bags, clotheslines and hammocks on trees.

  • Kids Supervision

    Point of Rocks RV Campground is a kid friendly park. All children should always be supervised for safety reasons and policy adherence. Painting campground rocks is considered defacing private property and is not allowed. Park guests and kids must stay out of all occupied campsites to ensure no interruptions to other guests. Please accompany kids while utilizing our laundry facility, picnic area and restrooms.

  • Public Notice

    Our secured bathrooms and parking are for registered guests only. We have no public dump station but suggest Affinity RV Sales and Services. We have no propane fill station. We cannot guarantee satellite reception or cell phone coverage.

  • Laundry Hours (8am-4pm)

    As a courtesy to our guests, we offer a laundry facility. Do not wash pet items, mats, or rugs. Stay with your laundry to ensure prompt movement, allowing others to use the machine or move their laundry. It’s policy to only use 2 machines at one time. Please clean up after use. Our laundry room is open 8 AM-4 PM (last load in by 2:30 PM). Policy strictly enforced.

  • Secured Restrooms

    We are happy to provide secured restrooms with showers to our guests only. These restrooms are not available to the public or pay to use.

  • Wi-Fi Availability

    Wi-Fi available throughout the park for light web use only. NO video streaming (Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, Zoom Calls or Streaming Devices) or heavy downloads. This is a FREE service we provide. Overuse of Wi-Fi can cause your device to be blocked. If our guests do not follow guidelines, Wi-Fi interruptions may occur to others. We do not guarantee reception, which cannot be used as grounds for a cancellation, credit, or refund.

  • Electrical Use

    You are responsible for understanding how many AMPS you are using in your RV. AMP usage over the 30 or 50AMPs provided can trip your breaker. If our breaker constantly trips, please stop use immediately. Please notify the office if you have any electrical issues so our maintenance staff can address the situation. Guests are not permitted to diagnose our electrical pedestals for insurance and safety requirements.

  • No Washing / Maintenance

    Washing RVs or vehicles is prohibited. Feel free to contact Attention2Detail, a local company that brings a power wash trailer to your campsite.   • No Fireworks and Firearms

    All fireworks are strictly prohibited in our park including sparklers, smoke bombs, aerials, and firecrackers. All firearms must be kept in a case and can only be carried between your RV and vehicle. Firearms cannot be carried or used within the campground or surrounding areas.

  • Pet Policy (maximum 2 pets)

    We are a pet-friendly campground and ask that you follow these rules to ensure all guests have an enjoyable and safe stay. To stay at Point of Rocks RV Campground and due to insurance reasons, guests with pets MUST have paperwork showing proof of current rabies vaccination. Restricted breeds are: No Chow, Doberman, Rottweiler, or any “Pit Bull” type breeds, including American Staffordshire Etc. are allowed in the park. No exotic pets (dogs & cats only). 2 pet maximum, no exceptions. While outside or within your campsite, the pet must be on a maximum 6ft non-retractable leash and always under supervision. Pets within fenced dog gates do not excuse the leash policy. Pets must never be left outside unattended. Barking must be controlled day and night. Immediately clean up after your pet on Campground property, as well as while using our trail system. Do not leave your pet waste on your site or on our trail system. Do not utilize our laundry machines to wash pet items. Should a policy violation occur which causes complaints to be made by guests or observed by campground officials, you must immediately correct the policy violation, or make arrangements to house your pet elsewhere outside the Campground. Any aggression with physical contact from your pet against other pets, guests or campground officials will immediately be reported to Animal Control and cause termination of your reservation without refund and prevent future stays. No exceptions or tolerance policy.

  • Long Term (Monthly stays)

    No monthly prorations, even if you arrive late or leave early. RV age must be 12 years or less. Maximum stay at Point of Rocks is 3 months. We are primarily a daily campground with only a few monthly campsites. Cancellation: Open your confirmation email, click the link, select the Cancellation option, and follow the 2-step email process. Cancellation and/or change of any reservation that is 28+ days or group reservation (5+ reservations) requires 15 days’ notice prior to the arrival date to receive a full refund minus a $25 application fee. If cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival date, a $250.00 cancellation fee plus the booking fee will be deducted from your deposit. We do not pro-rate monthly reservations.

  • Group Reservations

    Group Leader is responsible for assigning their group to available sites. Feel free to utilize our booking software to start selecting multiple campsites to complete the group reservation. You can also contact the office to request an application. We offer no discounts. If you are selecting/choosing campsites, a required $15.00 lock fee will be applied per campsite. If a guest needs to know where other group members are located, they must obtain this information from the group leader. Cancellation of group reservation (5+ campsite) are required to provide a 15 days’ notice.
