    • COVID RESTRICTIONS

      We have a “No Contact Check-In Process” for everyone’s safety. Office will remain Closed to the public, staff will be available from 8am-5pm (AZ time) via telephone call only. This is keeping everyone safe so we can keep our Campground Open. Your personal reservation packet will be posted outside at 1PM (check-in time) with site directions and detailed information.

    • No Tent Camping

      We have no tent camping sites available. No camping in cars. Security controlled throughout the night.

    • Reservations

      Reservations are required. Campsites are assigned by office staff. All sites have full hookups, and we do not have dry camping sites. A reservation for 1 night maybe changed at our discretion. Minimum 3-night stay required on all major holidays. We do not move other reservations to accommodate your stay or prevent moves. Please ensure your reservation covers your entire stay, site may not be available for extra days. Campground fills up quickly, especially on weekends. So, submit a; Reservation Request.

    • Payment

      Full payment is taken at time of booking. If booking separate/multiple reservations, all reservations must be paid at time of booking. We offer no discounts. We only accept Visa, MasterCard or Discover. No cash transactions.

    • Cancellation/Change Policy

      All cancellations or changes require a full 72-hour notice prior to your arrival date. If you cancel or change your reservation less than 72 hours, you forfeit first day’s payment. Utilize our 24/7 Cancellation Form or Change My Reservation Form; Online Forms

    • Monthly Rates (ONLY Dec, Jan, Feb)

      We do not allow permanent/long term stays. No annual rates. Monthly rates only available December, January & February. All other months are at the daily rate. Please do not call the office. All monthly requests MUST be submitted online utilizing the following link. We DO NOT pro-rate monthly rates if you arrive late, half a month or leave early. Monthly page will provide you on the only sites and dates available. Please also read ALL requirements and rules on Monthly Request page before submitting a request. We do not allow any permanent stays. RV age must be 12 years or less. 14 days required for any cancellation or change to avoid a charge of $250. Monthly sites are pre-selected and are the only sites/dates available. Monthly campsites are assigned by Point of Rocks and can change at our discretion before your arrival. Monthly Request Page

    • Visitor Parking

      No overflow parking available for guests. Registered guests are not allowed to utilize visitor parking to accommodate an extra vehicle. Visitor parking available for day use only. No overnight parking. Any visitor who wishes to utilize this parking must register by phone with the office. DO NOT park on empty campsites or along the road. People who violate this policy can risk their vehicle being towed at the owner’s expense and asked to leave without a refund.

    • Check-Out by 11:30AM (AZ Time)

      Please be prompt. NO late Check-Outs allowed or available. Must purchase site for an additional day for a late Check-Out. 11:30AM check-out is strictly enforced, and violation of policy can prevent future stays. Since the office is closed to the public, we have no check-out process, just wave as you leave. Thank you for choosing Point of Rocks! Happy and safe travels.

    • Check-In After 1PM (AZ Time)

      DO NOT arrive early. No extra parking is available, so you will be asked to leave and return at 1:00 PM. It is not easy for large RV’s to turn around in our campground, plus it is a one lane road to the upper campground. We currently have a NO contact Check-In process for everyone’s safety. Our office & store are closed to the public. Your personal reservation packet with last name will be posted on the bulletin board outside by 1pm with site directions and park information. Security requires all guests to pick up their personal packets before going to your assigned campsite even if you know what site you are going to. If you are arriving late, your reservation packet will still be on the board and please be prepared, our park is dark at night.

      Point of Rocks can accommodate RV’s up to 46ft. Point of Rocks enjoys keeping connected with nature; our campground & sites are all located on gravel/dirt.     • Campsite Use

      Only 1 RV & 1 Vehicle allowed on campsite. Minimal “camping” furniture is allowed outside your RV. Extra parking is only for people visiting our guests. Satellite reception is not a guarantee with site. If important, please advise at time of booking. Campsite must be kept organized, free of trash, no dog waste, no skirting or storage under RV. You assume all financial responsibility for damage or injury caused by any member of your party/guest. Your campsite is assigned at the time your reservation is made. However, if your site becomes “inactive” due to construction for electrical or plumbing issues, we have the right to move your reservation to another active campsite. We will notify you if this change is necessary.

    • No Wood Fires

      NO wood fires are ever allowed in the campground. Propane Fire-pits are welcomed. Guests who violate this policy will be asked to leave without a refund.

    • Pet Policy

      No more than two (2) dogs allowed. No exotic pets (cats and dogs only). Please pick up after your pet immediately. Do not allow your dog to dig holes in the campground. Your dogs are not allowed to roam loose, even in your site. This policy is monitored closely. Violators will be asked to leave WITHOUT a refund. No Chow, Doberman, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Bull Terrier or Pit Bull breeds are allowed in the campground due to insurance liability/policy. Retractable leashes are OK but leashes may have no more than a six (6) foot lead. Dogs must always be on a leash and accompanied by owners and under control. Owners are legally responsible for their pets including injury or loss caused by their pets. Excessive barking and/or aggression will not be tolerated. Please control barking day and night. Please note; pet blankets, pillows, mats, or similar items may NOT be laundered in our laundry room.

    • Don't Haves

      We are not affiliated with any discount programs. Our campground has no rec rec room, swimming pool or hot tub. We have no cable TV, but we get 20HD channels over the air. No fire-pits or barbecues are provided at your campsite. We do allow you to bring your own BBQ and/or propane fire-pit. All sites are full hookups, no dry camping.

    • Please Don't

      Do not exceed 5mph for children’s safety and to reduce dust. Please do not feed the wildlife. Do not run your internal or external generator. Do not park in empty sites or along the roads. Do not drain any water or waste on the ground. Do not infringe on another RV space. No sleeping in tents or sleeping bags outside, but screened table tents okay. No washing or maintenance of RV, vehicles, etc. on campsite or within the campground. No storage sheds, tarps, fences, storage bins, clotheslines, appliances, portable pools or spas. No clothing / items can be “hung out” to dry outside the RV. Do not hang items from trees. Thank you for complying to our rules.

    • Quiet Time 10pm-7am

      Our quiet time is 10pm – 7am (AZ time). Quiet time in strictly enforced. Please keep noise level low and within your site. Please refrain from yelling, screaming, or loud music, this is a quiet park and you have neighbors.

    • Violation of Rules

      We reserve the right to discharge without a refund any person or guest for failing to abide by park rules or for violation of laws & ordinances or for creating a disturbance or nuisance within the park.

    • RV Age Restriction

      RV’s older than 12 years can stay up to 2 weeks (14 days) at the daily rate only.

    • Weather Report

      Point of Rocks is at a high elevation of 5300. This brings freezing temperatures and possible snow during winter months. Please be sure your RV is classified to sustain the winter seasons. Using the furnace and heated hoses is required to prevent damage or service interruption. Weather changes rapidly, so monitor temperatures during the months of November, December, January, and February. Monsoon weather is from July to September, which can bring strong winds and rain.     • Group Reservations

      Sorry, we do not offer any group discounts. You must submit separate reservation requests per party. We have unique sizes for all sites, group members may not all be located side by side. Our campground is very busy and fills up fast. Try to make your reservations as soon as possible.

    • 2022 (Next Year) Reservations

      On October 1, 2021 (12:01 AM AZ Time), we start taking reservations for January 2022 thru March 2022. On January 2, 2022 (5:00 PM AZ Time), we will take reservations for the remaining months April thru December 2022..

    • Liability Agreement

      Campground guests are financially responsible for any damage to property, intentional or accidental.  Willful damage or defacing of campground property will be cause for immediate eviction and prosecution. All facilities are used at your own risk. Our equipment, apparatus and facilities are furnished solely for the convenience of our registered guests. A person using such does so at their own risk. The management will not be responsible for accidents, injuries or loss of property by fire, theft, wind, or acts of God. We do reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
