Imagine the beauty of more than a thousand floating lanterns in Prescott’s stunning Watson Lake. What a sight that would be. Well, here’s your chance. On May 11th 2019, come join the fun at Prescott’s Water Lantern Festival.
Surrounded by the magnificent giant boulders of Prescott’s Granite Dells, the uniquely beautiful Watson Lake is truly one of our nations treasures. With Watson Lake as the backdrop, Prescott’s Water Lantern Festival will be a night to remember.
A floating water lantern and marker will be provided with each Adult and Youth (ages 8-14) paid Ticket. The Kid Ticket (ages 0-7) does NOT include a floating water lantern / marker. However, additional water lanterns can be purchased at the event.
Using the provided marker, you can personalize your water lantern. Create your special memory…You can dedicate it to a loved one, say something inspiring (e.g. Hope, Love, Peace), or just make something silly or fun.
All lanterns and trash will be cleaned up after the event by the event staff. The lanterns are 100% eco-friendly made of wood and rice paper.
