Have you ever wanted to see street artists creating amazing chalk art using the pavement as their canvas?
Don’t miss this year’s 9th annual Chalk It Up! Prescott festival April 22nd and 23rd, 2017.
Chalk It Up! Prescott is a free event.
You can have fun checking out some amazing street paintings by professional artists or create your own! That’s right, everyone is welcome to join in on the fun. Kids and adults of all ages are welcome to participate. A free 12 piece box of pastel chalk is provided to all you aspiring artists. Want to bring your own chalk? Absolutely! Just make sure that it is water based. No pre-registration required unless you want your piece of the street to be a canvas larger than 4 feet by 4 feet.
It is recommended that you bring an image, photo, or design that you plan to draw. Have fun with it. You can draw anything you want…super hero, animals, or maybe even a self-portrait (hah).
For those of you that are artistically inclined and want a larger space to create your masterpiece, then please contact Meredith Brown at (928) 445-5211 x3634 or email@example.com.
There is also live entertainment / music for an all-around fun-filled experience for you and your family.
For additional info on what to bring or how to prepare for your chalk art experience check out the Chalk It Up! Prescott website at http://prescottchalkart.com/festival-info/
