How To Use
Submit a “Campsite Inquiry” for future reservations beyond 24 hours (No Same Day Inquiries). Only submit a “Campsite Inquiry” if you have confirmed dates, as we can only hold an Inquiry without payment for 24 hours. If a campsite is available and the form is complete, we will turn this “Campsite Inquiry” into a “Reservation” and contact you directly within 24 hours for confirmation and payment. If you are inquiring about campsites for more than one party, please complete a Campsite Inquiry request form for each party and their information.
We check our e-mail throughout the day during business hours, so you should expect our telephone call within 24 hours of the submission of your Campsite Inquiry. If we were unsuccessful on making contact, leaving a message, we will only hold the Campsite Inquiry for 24 hours. Once contact is established and information is verified, full payment will be required. If space is not available for the date(s) requested, we will convey our regrets via email.
Campsite Inquiries for International Customers will be confirmed via email. Any requests for more than three days (International Customers Only), you must contact the office directly at 928-445-9018. Office Hours: Saturday- Thursday 8 a.m. – 6 p.m., Friday 8 a.m. – 7 p.m. (AZ Time). If multiple people are coming in your party, its required you submit a separate Campsite Inquiry for each guest.

Cancellations can be made 24 hrs prior to your reservation start date for a full refund. Do not utilize the Online Inquiry Form to cancel a reservation. Please contact us directly at (928) 445-9018. Office Hrs: Saturday- Thursday 8 am – 6 pm, Friday 8 am – 7 pm (AZ Time). Our Campground is Open All Year, but the office is Closed Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Day. Holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day) required 72 hrs notice.
Minimum of 3 night stay required during the following holidays; Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day.
Payment: Payment for reservations must be paid at the time of booking, as we are unable to hold campsites without payment. Please ensure that your reservation covers your entire intended stay, as we cannot guarantee the same site will be available for extra days. For your convenience, we only require 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or shorten your stay. If staying more then two (2) weeks, the first two weeks are due at the time reservation is made. Sorry, we currently offer no discounts. We accept Visa, MasterCard or Discover. All changes or cancellations must be made over the phone, as we do not communicate via email after the reservation is completed.
Check-In: After 1:00 P.M. AZ Time. No overflow parking.
Check-Out: 11:30 A.M AZ Time. Policy strictly enforced.
Check-In Late: If you are arriving after 6 P.M. (AZ Time), your reservation map will be located on a bulletin board next to the office door. This map will direct you to your campsite, please stop by the office the next morning to register. Arriving after sunset? Please be prepared, as we are a dark park with little to no lights. Try to arrive before sunset.
One Night Reservations: If a reservation is made for 1 night only, your assigned campsite may be changed at the discretion of Point of Rocks.
Need a Late Check-Out?: ONLY offered on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesday and Thursdays. Fee is $12.00 with a departure time of 3:00 P.M. instead of 11:30 A.M. Add a note to the Inquiry Form if requesting a late departure.

RV Size & Style: Campground can accommodate RV’s up to 50ft. We only allow self contained RV’s here at Point of Rocks. No tent camping. No sleeping in cars, standard vans, or trucks.
Extra Guests: $3.00 additional charge per night for any visitors over the age of 5 who stay overnight.
Discounts: We are not affiliated with any discount programs. We offer no discounts or group discounts.
Observe Quiet Time; 10 P.M.to 7 A.M. Policy is monitored closely. Violators will be asked to leave without a refund.
Group Reservations: Our campground is very busy, including non-holiday weekends. Since Point of Rocks has unique sizes for all campsites, group members may not all be located side by side. Therefore, try to make your reservations as soon as possible.
Wi-Fi: For email & light web use only. No videos streaming of any kind. We can’t guarantee reliability of service.
Campfires: No wood fires. We “do” allow cooking on Gas grills, Charcoal BBQ’s & using a propane fire pit. Violators will be asked to leave without a refund.
Pets: No more than two (2) dogs allowed per Daily / Weekly RV space. A toy breed does not count as “half a dog.” No Chow, Doberman, Rottweiler or Pit Bull type breeds. Dogs must remain on a maximum six (6)-foot leash & under control at all times. (No dog is allowed to roam loose, even within your campsite). Dogs cannot be left outside unattended (Someone must physically be outside with the dog and not inside the RV). Pick up after your pet immediately. Excessive barking and/or aggression will not be tolerated. Control barking day and night. Violators will be asked to leave without a refund.
Campsite Use: Storage sheds, tarps, fences, storage bins, clotheslines, internal or external generators, portable pools or spas are not permitted. No clothing items can be “hung out” to dry in or around the RV. Do not hang items from trees. Do not park in empty campsites or along the roads. Washing or Maintenance (oil changes, tire changes etc.) of RV’s and/or other vehicles at your campsite is prohibited. Violators will be asked to leave without a refund.
Generators: Guests are prohibited from running an internal or external generator. Violators will be asked to leave without a refund.
Staying Longer than 4 Wks?: RV (all types) age can not exceed 15 years for stays of 4 weeks or longer (Application must be completed and valid RV’s registration required). RV’s are not allowed to be towed into the park.
Monthly Stays: We only have monthly campsites/rates available from November through February. The criteria to qualify is an RV less that 15 years of age (RV’s registration required) and only one (1) pet. RV’s are not allowed to be towed into the park.
Next Year Reservations: We start taking reservations for 2019 on October 1, 2018 (Jan-March 2019). On January 2, 2019, we will take reservations for the remaining months (April-December 2019).
Liability: Campground guests are financially responsible for any damage to property, intentional or accidental. Willful damage or defacing of campground property will be cause for immediate eviction and prosecution. All facilities are used at your own risk. Our equipment, apparatus and facilities are furnished solely for the convenience of our registered guests. A person using such does so at their own risk. The management will not be responsible for accidents, injuries or loss of property by fire, theft, wind, or acts of God. We do reserve the right to re fuse service to anyone.
